Harnessing the Power of Mind-Body Connection through Biofeedback Therapy

Speak to Us

Biofeedback uses non-invasive sensors and monitoring devices to measure and capture information about the internal system such heart rate, heart rate variability, body temperatures, muscle activity, respiration rate, blood pressure, brainwave activity,  and so on.

The data gathered by using gentle biofeedback devices can provide helpful information about our system’s health to guide treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in a biofeedback session?

Similar to wrapping a heart rate monitor strap around your wrist, or a blood pressure strap around your arm, in a biofeedback session, while you sit in a comfortable chair, our trained and certified therapist will connect you to the biofeedback sensor using gentle straps that are placed on different parts of your body including your arms, legs and head. She will then ask you different questions about your health and your life while a software on her laptop will be tracking the signals coming from your body.  After the assessment is completed, our therapist will discuss the results of the report with you so that, together, you can determine remedies, treatments and lifestyle practices that will be helpful to you.
